DigitalHatch services are designed to provide accurate and authoritative information in regard to the subject matter covered. Research data gathered to provide a specific service is obtained through highly reputable sources and reflects a snapshot of time. Clients engaging DigitalHatch are advised that these calculations may be change over the course of time due to various circumstances, including but not limited to changes in the economic environment, addition or reduction of client's services or products, increase or decrease of client's sales force, changes in client's sales model, etc. Services are sold with the understanding that neither author nor the publisher is engaged in rendering legal, accounting, or other professional service. If legal advice or other expert assistance is required, the services of a competent professional person should be sought.

Cancellations and Substitutions. Cancellations are subject to the entire teleseminar fee. Notices of cancellation received prior to the teleseminar are entitled to receive a credit towards a future teleseminar. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment and are not entitled to future credit. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the teleseminar and DigitalHatch must be notified of such substitutions by email from the original registrant.

Refunds. If you are not completely satisfied, DigitalHatch will gladly refund your order within 30 days of the purchase date. Item(s) must be received no later than 30 days from the date of purchase and shipping is non-refundable. Please call our office at 770-632-7647 for additional information.

• Shipments: If you are returning an order that was shipped, please make sure that the product is in new condition and that you return the item in the same or similar carton that it was shipped to you. DigitalHatch is not responsible for damage to shipment if another container is used to return the product. If returned publications are not in new condition, there will be a 20% surcharge. Shipping is non-refundable.

Minimum Attendance. We reserve the right to cancel a teleseminar if a minimum of 15 attendees has not be met within 5 business days prior to the teleseminar. All registration fees will be refunded within 24 hours of cancellation. Should DigitalHatch cancel a teleseminar, attendees will receive a refund on their original purchase.

No part of this web site or any DigitalHatch training course, teleseminar, report, cassette, CD, or any other media (including, but not limited to, images, bullets, headlines, phrases, concepts, code, methodologies and/or processes) may be reproduced, redistributed, presented, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, in person, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of DigitalHatch. Any violation of these rights both domestically or internationally will be pursued and appropriate legal action taken. Affiliates and Resellers are the only authorized agents with the right to communicate and market DigitalHatch's copyrighted material.

Web Site Traffic Analysis. DigitalHatch uses WebTrends Live to analyze traffic to this web site. WebTrends Live does not create individual profiles for visitors. Unlike some tracking services WebTrends Live does not have a database of individual profiles for each visitor. WebTrends Live only collects aggregate data.
